My contributions
This ongoing project involves a close collaboration with the creators of the board game to meticulously develop and execute their go-to-market and digital marketing strategies.

To lay a solid foundation, I have conducted extensive customer research to pinpoint the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify the diverse personas likely to be interested in playing the game. This critical step ensures that our marketing efforts are precisely targeted and resonate with potential players.

The next phases of this project are multifaceted and aim to establish a strong market presence for Banshee:

Engaging Campaigns: We are designing and launching a series of captivating campaigns to generate excitement and buzz around the game. These campaigns will leverage various channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Optimizing Online Presence: Enhancing Banshee’s digital footprint is a key priority. This includes refining the website for better user experience, implementing SEO best practices, and ensuring consistent and appealing branding across all online platforms.

Social Media Strategy Development: A robust social media strategy is being developed to foster community building, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness. This involves content creation, scheduling, influencer partnerships, and utilizing analytics to refine our approach.

Successful Market Launch: All efforts are geared towards orchestrating a successful market launch. This includes strategic planning, pre-launch promotions, and post-launch analysis to ensure that Banshee not only reaches its target audience but also establishes a lasting presence in the market.

Through these comprehensive strategies and ongoing efforts, we aim to position Banshee as a standout game in a competitive market, driving both interest and Kickstarter sales.
